Let's just say,I am the talk of the school.Many people came to cheer me today as I walk down the hallway.To be honest,I love this particular Monday morning.
"Hi.I heard about what you did,you're so brave"some girl came up to me.
"Thanks"I say.
"Kira"she says stretching her hand out for a shake.
"Nat"I say and she laughs.
"Everyone knows you"she says pulling away..
"Well,I gotta go"she waves.
"Byeee"we wave.
"Looks like someone's popular"Liv nudges me.
"Not intentional"I say.
"Now for being a good girl,I'll buy you lunch"she grins.
"Thank you"I smile as we walk into class.
I sit by the window and unpack my stuff.
"Is this seat reserved?"I look up to see a smiling guy.
"Justin"I smile back."No,it's free"I say, tucking a strand of hair behind my ear.
"Thanks"he says and sits down, plopping his bag onto the ground...
I'm not going to lie,but Justin Sanders is a cute guy.He has silky long hair that stopd at his shoulders.It is a shade of raven black and honey brown and his eyes are dark green.His lips look so smooth and look like they'll brake if you flick them playfully.Confession;he was my crush during fifth grade and he chose someone else to the Halloween dance after I asked.He still apologized but we're still in the friend zone.
"So how've you been?"he asks me as he slumps onto his chair.
"Good...you?"I ask as I see Mr Jeremy walk in.
"Good....till now"he groans and I try not to giggle.I laugh at his response.
"Where in the same boat buddy"I nudge him.
"So how's Liv?"he smiles.
"She's good,sitting a table behind you"I say and point towards her direction with my thumb.He turns to wave at her and I see Liv sending me a wink.I roll my eyes and continue writing in my notepad.
"Do you mind grabbing a bite with me today?"he asks rubbing his neck, showing that he was nervous.
"Sure"I smile.
I watched as a bright smile creeps up on his face.
"That's cool...so I'll come get you at five,you'll have to text your address to my phone"he says and I nod my head.
I didn't ask him he how he got my number because only one person could be responsible.
"Thanks"he says and I smile back, hiding my blush.
After doodling lots of nonsense on my handy dandy book,the bell finally rings and I head for history with Liv.
"Hi"I say as we walk out.
"Hi.I'm all ears"she quickly says.
She was ease dropping so why would she ask.
"You technically ease dropped"I tell her and adjust the books I have in my hand.
"I know,but I want to clarify"
"Why?"
"Because I'm your best friend,now spill"she says.
I debate on whether to tell her or not,but I give in.
"Justin asked me if we could grab a bite after school"I say looking forward.
