I walk out and jake is on the phone.
"I will call you back later" he says when he sees me
"Who was that?" I ask after he hangs up
"Emma, she's sick and won't be at school" he tells me
"Oh" I nod
I broke up with amber last night because she's not my kind of girl
"How are you?" He asks
"I'm okay" I nod and make myself so toast
"It's okay you don't have to put up a front for me" he says
"I don't no how I am" I sigh
"Fair enough" he smiles
"I am gonna go back after school" I say
"I would come with you but I am going on a date will ally" he blushes
"You like her?" I smile
"Yeah" he nods
"Congrats man" I nod
"Thanks, what's with you and emma?" He asks
That is a question I have been asking myself for the last week and a bit. I really like her but she can do way better then me that's why I don't wanna make a move and she probably doesn't even like me.
