Harry's P.O.V.
The sun slowly began to rise in the sky and rays of sun began to peer in through the closed blinds of mine and Y/N's bedroom. Our eyes were heavy, wishing for sleep but our minds wouldn't grant it. They were being weighed down heavily by our thoughts and those thoughts soon became us thinking out loud.
The wee hours of the morning were ideal for having heart to hearts with Y/N. We'd spend the night sitting on the floor cuddled up against one another and we'd spill out our fears and our dreams, just anything really to one another.
Y/N's head rested against my beating heart and her fingers were laced with mine. We were drifting off into a slight sleep deprived daze where our words had a powerful and heavy meaning. They fell from our lips like bricks and even though they were heavy they made us feel like we were floating on thin air.
"When my hair's all but gone and my memory fades and the crowds don't remember my name. And when my hands don't play the strings the same way, I know you will still love me the same." I said softly into the open. The room was completely silent with the exception of our breathing and our words. "I will be loving you 'til we're 70 and baby my heart could still fall as hard at 23." I continued. A smile grew across Y/N's lips and she looked up at me. Her eyes shining and her smile beautiful as always. "Some people fall in love in mysterious ways and maybe that's just part of a plan but me I fall in love with you every single day and I just want to tell you that I am. Will you marry me?" I bit down on my lower lip and Y/N's eyes widened.
She lifted her head up off my chest and I cupped her face with my hands. Tears began to fall from her cheeks as she nodded her head. I pressed a kiss to her soft lips and I could feel myself fall deeper into love with her. I just couldn't wait to fall harder every day.
