His skin was cold, icy even and yet when his calloused fingertips grazed along your skin it made it heat up. Your heart pounded in your chest, practically threatening to explode from your ribs while Harry's long fingers dragged along your skin. Your breath hitched as he pressed his even cooler lips to your neck almost immediately the thought of Harry's teeth sinking into your flesh filled your mind and you jumped a little at the sudden contact. Harry let out a deep rumbling laugh as he proved your thoughts untrue by pressing a kiss against your skin instead.
"Relax," Harry whispered into your ear. "I'd never hurt you." Every one of his movements were so precise, so calculated but they felt so natural. Being with Harry felt natural. The way he would brush the loose strands of your hair out of your face ever so delicately and the way he would hold you close to his chest where you could hear his heart beat.
Even though Harry was a vampire that didn't change the way you felt about him. He brought life to you and he made you happier than you could ever put into words. Vampire or not Harry made you feel like you were floating on clouds. Despite how everyone told you how to feel; that you should be scared of Harry, you were happy and that was all that mattered
