All of the boys had their babies and they were in the hospital with Niall as he was having the quads, and he had William, James, and Edward and all they were waiting on was Zia to be born and they will have all of the kids
"Okay Niall your little girl is in position so go ahead and push" the doctor says from the end of the bed
Niall shakes his head no as he was breathing through his mask cause he started having trouble breathing as he was having William
"Niall our little Zia is almost here and once she is here we will have all of the kids" Liam says as he was keeping Niall focused as Louis got behind him to help Niall with the delivery of little Zia
Niall went back to pushing and Zia come out in a rush
"Where are they taking her?" Niall asks when the nurse leaves the room with the baby that she had in her arms
"I'll go with them" Harry says as he left
"No Harry I will go she is my daughter" Louis says as he left to with the nurses to see what was going on with Zia and bring her back to mommy while the others got to bond with the boys for a little bit
(Later)
Niall was in a private room while the boys took the little boys home to get settled in after they have been circumcised cause they were okay, and Niall had to stay to be monitored
"Where's ZIa?" Niall asks when Louis came into the room after a while
"Niall little Zia has a heart defect that is life threatening and there isn't much that they could do for her except put her on a waiting list for a donor, and right now out of all of the babies she is going to be up there on that list for a heart so she can get better for us" Louis says as he looks at Niall as he tells Niall the news what the nurses and the doctors have told him in the NICU where ZIa was
Niall was at a loss for words when he heard the news that his little girl was a sick little girl, and he blames himself for not taking better care of himself when he was pregnant with the quads at all
"Can i see her please?" Niall asks as he looks into Louis's eyes
"Sure you can I will have the nurses bring her down so you can see her" Louis says as he leaves to get the baby girl for Niall so he can see her and maybe hold her if he can
(Later)
"Hey Zia" Niall says when he sees the baby that was in her incubator
"She looks like you Niall" Louis says to him
"She does doesn't she" he says as he looks at the little girl as well cause she was too perfect in his eyes not to take his eyes off at all cause he wanted to hold her but he couldn't not now anyway
After being in the hospital for three weeks little Zia was able to go home and be with her brothers and her sister> Once Niall got home with her he treated her different then the others cause she was a special little girl that needed special care and he was going to take care of her for as long as he needed to
(Five years later)
"Zia be careful baby" Niall calls to her as he was watching her bounce in the bounce house
Once ZIa exits the bounce house she falls to the ground and she starts to shake
"Liam, Harry, Louis quick call 911" Niall says as he scoops Zia up and holds her in his arms
Soon the paramedics come to take Zia to the hospital
(Hospital in ICU)
Niall was besides Zia's beside as the doctor's were running tests on the little girl
"Zia it's going to be okay baby" Niall says as the doctor comes into the room
"Good news there is a donor heart and it's on it's way here, so she will have a new heart tonight and she will be a healthy little girl" the doctor says to Niall as he tells Niall the good news cause a donor had been found and the heart was on it's way there
"Here that princess you are going to be all better" Niall says as he was stroking her brown hair a little bit and playing with her necklace that she had on her little neck
The heart transplant was a success and the boys were going to perform for their fans that night in honor of little Zia who was the apple of Niall's eye
(Concert)
"This song is dedicated to little Zia my daughter last night she got her heart and she is improving slowly right now" Niall says as he was playing Little things for the audience that night
When it came to Niall's solo he broke now and cried tears of joy cause he was happy that Zia was alive and well and was going to have a great childhood where he wouldn't have to watch what she did either which was a joy for Niall
"Niall come on we can got to he hospital and see her cause i got word from the hospital that she opened her blue eyes and is wondering where mommy was" Louis says to him when he got the call from the hospital saying that Zia was fully awake
Niall was excited to go to the hospital and see his little girl
(Hospital)
"I love you ZIa and I will always will" Niall says as he holds her in his arms again cause she was cleared to be held by mommy if she wanted too
Zia hugged mommy and looked into mommy's eyes and smiled up at him and Niall knew that life could not get any better then that moment that he had with Zia
