Stormie's POV

"God, damn it!" I groaned. My stomach tightened. I slapped Avery's chest.

"Ow," he rubbed his chest. "What the hell was that for?"

"For doing this to me!" I screamed. "I hate you."

"It's the condom companies fault," he said and chuckled.

"Are we there yet?" I panted. "They're only five minutes apart now."

We decided to take the Plymouth instead of his truck because the Plymouth was much faster. He continued to speed through traffic.

"Almost," he said. "Like ten minutes."

"God, I need drugs," I whispered. "It hurts so bad. Why the fuck did I think I could do this natural."

"You do whatever you got to do, Storm, as long as you hold the babies in for a little bit longer because I do not–"

I gasped. "Oh my god, it broke!"

"What broke?!" Avery looked at me, shocked.

"My water," I squeak.

"What the hell does that mean?"

"That means it's close," I whispered.

"Oh, fuck me," He muttered. He accelerated.

"Don't kill us!" I reached over and slapped his arm.

"I'm not," he said and shook his head.

The car flew too fast around a corner.

I screamed. "Avery!"

When we made it around the corner without wrecking the car, I knelt up and started smacking him.

"Hey, knock that off and sit down. We're almost there," he promised.

"We're not going to make it! You're going to put us in a ditch, you stupid jerk!"

"No, I'm not," he promised.

"I want my mom," I sobbed.

"She'll be there when we get there," he promised.

We pulled into the hospital up to the front doors. My mom was there, bless her with a wheelchair. I opened the passenger side door and climbed out.

"My water broke," I told her.

"Oh, god. I bet you're getting close," Mom said. "Are you excited?"

"I'm excited not to be a whale anymore," I huffed. "It hurts, Mom."

She chuckled. "I know, baby."

"Why would you do this two times?" I asked in disbelief.

"I don't regret a thing," she said. She smiled and ran her fingers through my hair when I looked up at her.

"I love you," I told her.

"I love you too," she said.

Avery leaned over to close the passenger side door.

"Hey," I huffed. "Where the fuck do you think you're going?"

"To park the car," he said.

"You're coming upstairs, right?"

"I'll be there," he promised.

"Fine, don't take forever. You might miss it," I said.

"I wouldn't miss it for the world," he said and smiled at me. "Even if I lose my balls in the process."
