Zuma and Skye leaned against Rocky's door and heard him on the phone.

"Hello?" Skye motioned for the brunette stood with her to be quiet as they listened.

"Who is this? No. W-w-what? How are you calling me?"

'Who is it?' Zuma mouthed. Skye rolled her eyes and mouthed back 'hang on let me consult my crystal ball.' Zuma stuck his tongue out in response.

Suddenly the pair stumbled as the door opened and Rocky appeared, clutching his now silent phone and looking pale as a ghost.

"Rocks? What's wrong?" Skye asked. The grey haired boy didn't respond, just walked past the two into his sister's room.

"Wocky?" Zuma asked as they followed him. "Babe who was on the phone?"

Rocky was scrolling through his phone before his eyes widened and he dropped it like a burning pan. The teen was physically shaking. Skye bent down and picked up the mobile. She looked at the screen and gasped. She looked at Rocky who had a few tears falling down his face.

"Oh Rocks come here." She pulled him into a hug and rubbed his back to help steady his breathing.

"What's up?" Rubble asked, looking away from Chelsea who was holding Savannah and breaking the awkward silence. Skye passed the phone, not letting her brother go. The rest of the group gathered around and looked at the screen. It read:

'Prisoner escaped from Adventure Bay Prison.' And below it was a picture. A picture of Rocky's real father.

"H-he's gonna f-f-find me guys." Rocky's mind was racing a mile a minute, flashback after flashback played in his head as he continued to shake.

"No he won't Rocky." Skye soothed her brother "You'll be fine. You're safe here."

"Guys!" Everest hissed as she and Marshall ran into the room. The two were silent as they saw Rocky's face. "What's happened?" The group filled the pair in and helped calm Rocky down. Finally, when he had steadied his breathing and was sat with Zuma's arms around him, the grey haired boy spoke up again.

"What's up with you two anyway?"

"Your cousin and Ash. We were eavesdropping on the stairs and Marsh had to almost physically hold me back so I didn't slap 'em."

"What did they say?" Skye asked, looking up from her songbook, a pencil in her hand.

"First off," Marshall started. "They said about Chase's scars, how they look trashy and how he should hide them more. Then they said about how it's sad Skye's songs are all, well, sad songs. About Everest having so many 'issues' and how pathetic she is for not facing up to them and how Rocky cracks under pressure. Basically how messed up we all are. Tell me you're getting this?" The black haired boy gave a look, showing his reluctance to continue. The group sat there in stunned silence.

"We've put up with them for so long." Tracker mumbled.

"Surely we can just carry on like normal, right? Rubble looked around.

"Yeah you know, easy come, easy go." Sweetie looked nervous as she sat closer to Tracker.

"Unfowtunately that ain't life." Zuma sighed.

"I second that, my mother always said so." Marshall chuckled lightly.

"Gonna get beat up along the way." Everest shrugged. Skye looked up from her book again.

"Hold that thought." She ordered, walking to her guitar. She picked it up and sat on her stool, tuning the instrument. The others looked at the girl, confused.

"Don't laugh." She ordered, playing a few notes before singing.

Skye: Easy Come, Easy Go.
             That ain't life

Skye and Marshall: Momma told me so

Skye and Everest: You're gonna get beat up along the way

All: You're gonna get beat up along the way

Chase: So when you get, get knocked down...

The group trailed off and thought. Skye remembered something that her mother had always told her, something the blonde now lived by.

Skye: Remember every rose comes from the ground.
Bleed every colour running through your veins

All: Got to bleed every colour running through your veins

Girls: There's beauty in the pain

Chase: So I wear my scars like they're all made by Louis

Skye: And I sing my sad songs and sound like a symphony

Both: Woah oh woah oh. Momma says I'm a messed up masterpiece

Everest: I swear my demons are pets on a tight leash

Rocky: They put on the pressure and diamonds come out of me

All: Woah oh woah oh. Momma says I'm a messed up masterpiece

Skye stopped playing and leaned forward on her instrument gently.
"I think we've got our next song."
